Ed Sheeran dominates the list of the best selling albums in the UK so far this year.

Figures released by the Official Charts Company unsurprisingly show Sheeran’s 2017 album Divide at the top of the tree, while its predecessor x is at #4 and, completing today’s equation, + is at #10.

Adele’s 25 is still going strong and is the eighth best seller of the year to-date, while The Beatles‘ reissue of Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band has already done enough to get it inside the Top 20.

Further back, the Oasis headlines which have been particularly plentysome during recent months – for reasons both poignant and factitious – mean the band’s singles collection Time Flies… is among the top 40 biggest sellers.
