Two Door Cinema Club among Wilderness Festival headliners

Two Door Cinema Club will headline this year’s Wilderness Festival in August along with Bonobo and Grace Jones.

First Aid Kid, Michael Kiwanuka, Aurora and Toots and the Maytals are some of the other new names on the bill for August 3rd-6th in Oxfordshire.

Two Door Cinema Club’s festival headlining ambitions were curtailed in 2014, but back in the fray since releasing Gameshow last year they’re now able to finally indulge in those pretensions. On Gameshow, you get ‘a lot more than you were expecting‘ according to Live4ever:

“What holds it all together is a deep reverence throughout for 1980’s sounds and stylings. Today this is nothing new, but few have managed to sound like they’re having this much fun in doing it. It’s far more natural than most influenced records have been.”
