Noel Gallagher has offered up a quick insight into the making of a new Oasis film being helmed by the team which produced last year’s Amy Winehouse documentary.

During an equally quick chat with GQ, Gallagher lifted the lid on some of the problems filmmakers are facing with early behind the scenes footage of Oasis due to the, recreational way in which the band would prepare for gigs.

“We have all this footage from behind the scenes leading up to the gigs, most of which can’t be used as there’s just monstrous drug taking,” he revealed.

Noel Gallagher is about to re-embark on touring duties behind his 2015 second solo album ‘Chasing Yesterday‘, which will take in visits to South America, Australasia and the US, as well as another UK arena tour opening up at the Glasgow SSE Hydro on April 21st and concluding in Bournemouth six days later.
