Noel Gallagher was joined on stage by his former Oasis bandmate Gem Archer during a low-key acoustic gig in Lincoln last night (December 5th).

The show acted as a warm-up for Gallagher’s forthcoming end-of-year shows at the BBC Radio Theatre and London’s Royal Albert Hall, and saw him perform with Archer for the first time since the Teenage Cancer Trust concerts of 2010.

The pair aired a setlist which bore a striking resemblance to their celebrated acoustic tour of 2006/07, with Oasis classics such as ‘Slide Away‘, ‘Listen Up‘ and ‘Cast No Shadow‘ as then included on the setlist.

Gallagher’s regular High Flying Birds bass player Russell Pritchard was present too as solo tracks such as ‘The Death Of You and Me‘ and ‘If I Had a Gun‘ also played their part.

Setlist:

‘(It’s Good) To Be Free’
‘Talk Tonight’
‘The Death Of You and Me’
‘If I Had a Gun’
‘D’Yer Wanna Be a Spaceman’
‘Listen Up’
‘Sad Song’
‘The Importance Of Being Idle’
‘Cast No Shadow’
‘Half The World Away’
‘Slide Away’
‘Wonderwall’
‘What a Life!’
‘Don’t Look Back In Anger’
