Sam Smith‘s ‘In The Lonely Hour‘ is the UK’s biggest selling album of 2015 so far according to the Official Charts Company.

The Top 10 is dominated almost entirely by solo acts, with Noel Gallagher in seventh place thanks to his second solo album ‘Chasing Yesterday‘. Indeed, Mumford & Sons and ‘Wilder Mind‘ are the only band to trouble the Top 10.

Royal Blood‘s debut album is one of many released last year to be continuing strong in 2015, though Muse‘s ‘Drones‘ is a much more recent release on the list, currently the seventeenth biggest seller of the year.
