Bob Dylan sends off David Letterman with a Sinatra classic


The night before the final curtain drops on David Letterman’s legendary TV career of 33 years music great Bob Dylan came on the Late Show to send off Letterman with a classic. Dylan performed a hauntingly beautiful version of Frank Sinatra’s The Night We Called It A Day, first recorded in 1942.

Dylan looked a bit bored with the show’s routine format and seemed itching to get off the stage when Dave walked over to him to shake his hand.
