Hot Chip have added more UK dates to an increasingly busy schedule for the band in support of their new album ‘Why Make Sense?‘.

Led off by the irresistible single ‘Huarache Lights’, ‘Why Make Sense?’ is released on May 18th after sessions in Oxfordshire and London. It was produced by Hot Chip’s own Mark Ralph and is due to arrive with a special bonus EP comprising four tracks also recorded during the album sessions.

They’ve already announced UK shows for May, and have various European, North American and festival commitments coming up during the next few months, but there’s still room for another run of UK dates in October, starting at the Bristol O2 Academy and ending in London on the 22nd.

Tour dates:

OCTOBER

Portsmouth, Pyramid Centre (14)
Glasgow Barrowland (16)
Manchester Albert Hall (17)
Leeds, Beckett University (18)
Nottingham Rock City (20)
