Muse have started to preview their new album ‘Drones‘ with a lyric video for ‘Psycho‘. Check it out below.
The video will be followed on March 23rd by the first official single ‘Dead Inside‘ ahead of the album’s release on June 8th.
“To me, ‘Drones’ are metaphorical psychopaths which enable psychopathic behaviour with no recourse,” frontman Matt Bellamy has said. “The world is run by Drones utilizing Drones to turn us all into Drones. This album explores the journey of a human, from their abandonment and loss of hope, to their indoctrination by the system to be a human drone, to their eventual defection from their oppressors.”
Muse start a short, low-key tour of the UK on Sunday (March 15th) in Belfast and will also play Glasgow, Newport, Exeter, Manchester and Brighton.
