Muse confirm new album ‘Drones’, UK tour dates

Muse will release their new album ‘Drones‘ on June 8th, and are set to play its first single ‘Psycho‘ today (March 12th).

“To me, ‘Drones’ are metaphorical psychopaths which enable psychopathic behaviour with no recourse,” frontman Matt Bellamy says. “The world is run by Drones utilizing Drones to turn us all into Drones. This album explores the journey of a human, from their abandonment and loss of hope, to their indoctrination by the system to be a human drone, to their eventual defection from their oppressors.”




‘Drones’ was recorded with co-producer Robert John ‘Mutt’ Lange and will be immediately supported with a small-scale (by Muse standards anyway) UK tour beginning this weekend in Belfast. The full details of the live dates, and ‘Drones’ tracklist, are as follows:
