Wilko Johnson has announced the details of some headline UK tour dates to go with various festival appearances and a performance at the Teenage Cancer Trust concert series with The Who.
The former Dr. Feelgood guitarist has endured a roller-coaster couple of years after being diagnosed with cancer in late 2012. What was initially reported to be ‘inoperable’ became something very different altogether around a year ago when Johnson underwent surgery and subsequently declared himself ‘cured’ last October.
Throughout it all Johnson has continued touring and recording, and will now start his latest group of shows at the Cambridge Junction on March 6th.
