Reunited Ride pair Mark Gardener and Andy Bell played the first gig of their comeback in London on Thursday (February 19th).

Performing an acoustic gig at the 100 Club with bandmates Steve Queralt and Loz Colbert in the audience, the pair rolled through a set packed with the tracks which made Ride one of the leading exponents of shoegaze in the early nineties.

The show was a part of the Passport Back To The Bars series which is supporting War Child. The Vaccines and Elbow are among those who will also be playing intimate shows in aid of the charity during the coming weeks.

Ride start their return as a full band in May at the Glasgow Barrowlands.
