Noel Gallagher would be open to either writing new songs or offering unused tracks from his back catalogue to brother and former Oasis bandmate Liam Gallagher.

If Gallagher Jr. does have any plans to return to music after disbanding Beady Eye last year he’s certainly not being noisy about it, but Noel has offered to rekindle the partnership which made Oasis such an irresistible force should he decide on a comeback.

“I’d write him a few songs, I’ve got a few songs lying around that he’d be good at singing,” Noel is quoted as saying by NME. “But I’m not sure what he plans to do or if plans to do anything. Some fucking good ones, better than the lot he was singing last time for sure.”

Noel Gallagher is about to release his second solo album ‘Chasing Yesterday‘ and made a live comeback in London at the start of this week.
