There’s scope for a few collaborations as Paul Weller, Johnny Marr and The Who have joined the previously confirmed Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds at this year’s Teenage Cancer Trust concert series.

Like Gallagher, Weller is a long-term supporter of the charity and performs again at the Royal Albert Hall in London on March 27th, supported by Johnny Marr. Chief organiser Roger Daltrey, meanwhile, is due up with Pete Townshend a day earlier when The Who will be backed by Wilko Johnson.

Also added are the Stereophonics on March 23rd and Van Morrison on March 25th.

“Who’d have thought that after 15 years we’d be gearing up for another stint at the greatest venue in the world for Teenage Cancer Trust?,” Noel Gallagher said when his performance was revealed last month. “Thanks to everyone, the bands, artists, comedians for all your continued support, and maximum respect to you the people for making it all possible. See you on Saturday 28th March!”
