New Zealand natives Two Cartoons and Portland’s Divers provide the highlights for this week’s New Tunes Guide.

Two Cartoons hail from Dunedin, New Zealand but now reside in London. The duo of Bradley Craig and Isaac McFarlane are releasing the ‘Lost Boys Club’ EP in March, from which our highlight ‘Horizon Approaching’ is the first to be heard.

Divers are readying their debut album ‘Hello Hello’ for release on February 17th via Party Damage and Rumbletowne Records. “We play dynamic, sweaty music. The indie rockers say we are a punk band,” the band say. “The punk rockers are suspicious that we might be an indie band. The bands that have inspired us fall on both sides of the fence, but they all share the same kind of energy.”
