Damon Albarn headlined Latitude last year
The Latitude Festival is set to unveil its 2015 line-up on March 3rd.
Latitude has risen through the festival ranks since launching in 2006 and was headlined last year by Damon Albarn, The Black Keys and Lily Allen – but only after Two Door Cinema Club were forced to cancel what would have been their maiden headline show at the last minute.
For 2015, organiser Melvin Benn has teased that one headliner is ‘someone extra special who we’ve been trying to book for years’, while a second headline act ‘has risen through the ranks of the festival’ and, like Two Door Cinema Club had hoped to do last year, will make their first bow as a main stage bill-topper. Also due is an artist who has previously topped the Suffolk event.
Alt-J, Bjork, Portishead and Paolo Nutini are some of those being linked with the spots. Latitude is held between July 16th-19th, tickets are on sale now.
