Pink Floyd are ahead of Foo Fighters in the fight between two of rock’s biggest hitters for the UK’s next number one album.

Pink Floyd’s ‘The Endless River‘, recorded back in 1994 and already the most pre-ordered album in Amazon’s history, leads Foo Fighters’ transcontinental ‘Sonic Highways‘ after shifting an impressive 92,000 copies so far this week.

A high new entry is also due for Queen and their latest compilation ‘Forever‘, which includes a smattering of previously unheard material.
