Live4ever’s New Tunes Guide feat. Dedwardians, Jack O’Rourke and more

ntg1London’s Dedwardians and Irish songwriter Jack O’Rourke lead this week’s New Tunes Guide.

Dedwardians release their brand new single ‘Love Sick’ on November 24th. A double A-side with ‘Like An Animal’, the track follows previous single ‘Bang Bang Die/Stop Destroy’ and was recorded at Arsis Studios with producer Andy Brook. According to esteemed BBC DJ Steve Lamacq, ‘If you like The Jim Jones Revue you will love Dedwardians’. We’ll go along with that.

Classically trained musician Jack O’Rourke hails from Cork and cites a wide-ranging list of artists in folk, opera, blues and country as inspirations, from John Prine to Ella Fitzgerald, Puccini to The Rolling Stones. He has spent the last two years recording his debut album and released the single ‘Naivety’ on October 29th. The album ‘Dreamcatcher’ is set to follow in the summer of 2015.
