Royal Blood invite fans to ‘come dressed as skeletons’ to Sheffield gig

royalbloodwide1Come dressed as skeletons, if the urge takes and your attending Royal Blood‘s Halloween gig in Sheffield.

That’s the request of Mike Kerr and Ben Thatcher who have written on Facebook: “Those of you that are spending this Friday (31st of October) with us at the Leadmill in Sheffield will realise that it’s Halloween. For this festive occasion we would like to invite you all to come dressed as skeletons to the show. It can be our own skeleton party. See you there!”

The gig at Sheffield’s Leadmill venue is part of a long UK tour for the band who could crown a spectacular breakthrough year tomorrow night (October 29th) if their self-titled debut album comes out on top at the Mercury Prize ceremony in London. It’s one of the favourites, though Kate Tempest and FKA Twigs are currently at the forefront of bookies’ thoughts.

And after the tour is completed there’s a one-off homecoming gig due at the Brighton Dome on December 20th.
