Their collaboration on last year’s ‘BE‘ album proved to be the final act for Beady Eye, but producer Dave Sitek wants to rekindle his studio relationship with Liam Gallagher in the future.

When sitting down with NME, the TV On The Radio man spoke in glowing terms about his experiences with Gallagher during recordings sessions which started in London towards the end of 2012.

“Liam’s hilarious, that guy really makes me laugh and he’s super talented,” he said. “I remember when he first went up to the microphone, we had no effects and it was just like, ‘wow’. He should either have a show or get back in the studio with me and we’ll make a couple of tracks for fun.”

Gallagher’s future plans after abruptly announcing Beady Eye’s split on Twitter last weekend are unknown, but he will be on stage with Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend‘s Who backing band next month as part of a special concert in aid of the Teenage Cancer Trust charity.
