Dry The River‘s UK tour brought them to Manchester last week for a spellbinding and emotional night witnessed by Live4ever’s Gary Mather. Check out our live gallery by clicking on the lead image above.

We caught the band on the touring trail behind their excellent new album ‘Alarms In The Heart‘, of which our review reads:

“The vigorous march of the electric instruments throughout much of the record is halted to some extent in the closing moments; a total of 15 minutes’ playing time spread between the sombre violin and guitar fused ‘Vessel’ and the final 10-minute epic of truly refined focus, moving towards the glistening rumbles of ‘Hope Diamond’ while elegantly growing into a saccharine ballad to rival any other.”

Dry The River continue their UK tour at Northumbria University tonight (October 9th). They have more dates coming up at the Birmingham Institute (10th), Oxford Academy (11th), Cardiff Globe (14th) and Leeds Wardrobe (15th) before a closing night at the Forum in London on October 16th.
