The Subways have confirmed their first studio album since 2011 will be released early next year, when more UK tour dates have been added to the trip which starts next week at Dingwalls in London.
From today (September 19th), ‘The Subways‘ will begin to be released in two parts, with those who have pre-ordered gaining access to an initial six tracks (along with plenty of other goodies via a PledgeMusic campaign) and the whole lot arriving a little later on February 9th 2015.
The tour, meanwhile, runs right through October and into the first day of November. The new run opens up in March 2015 will keep the band busy until April 2nd and a show at the Shepherds Bush Empire.
