Pulled Apart By Horses are streaming their new album ‘Blood‘ in full ahead of its official release next week.
The album is available to preview via NME at this link, and is revealed as their bass player Rob Lee recovers from an unspecified illness which caused the band to cancel their Leeds Festival appearance at the last minute during the weekend.
Although a performance at Reading 24 hours earlier had apparently gone off without any problems, fans in Leeds were told their gig had been cancelled, and a statement was put out on Facebook shortly after which read:
“Sadly we have had to pull our set at Leeds Festival today. Rob collapsed due to illness around 1 hour before we were due on stage which meant he was unable to perform. He is in very capable hands right now and being well looked after.”
“We’re massively sorry about being unable to perform in our home town and we’ll be back very soon. We hope you understand and we hope you have a great festival.”
