Jamie T has expanded his October/November tour of the UK after tickets were gobbled up on Friday (August 15th).
The tour will still start on October 30th at the Bristol O2 Academy and visit Southampton, Norwich, Newcastle, Nottingham, Manchester, Leeds, Glasgow, Birmingham and London, but now an extra night has been added at the Alexandra Palace on November 15th and at Glasgow Barrowlands on November 11th.
The shows are a significant part of Jamie T’s return to the music fold after a long break since 2009′s ‘Kings & Queens‘; he’ll release the new record ‘Carry On The Grudge’ on October 6th. “I kind of felt at the end of the last record it was a good place to put a stop on it,” he has told BBC Radio 1.
“I’ve been doing this since I was a kid. It was a way of keeping my music as good as it could possibly be. I never stopped writing.”
