Decided to give Kasabian‘s November/December UK tour a miss? If so guitarist Serge Pizzorno reckons you’ll ‘regret it for the rest of your life’.

The Leicester band, who dazzled the Pyramid Stage when they headlined Glastonbury last month, have eleven arena dates tied up for the end of this year, and will also undertake a five-night residency at the Brixton Academy in London.

When speaking to NME, Pizzorno made clear his typically lofty ambitions for the tour, and also gave short shrift to anyone who’s going to give it all a miss.

“I’ve had so many fucking amazing experiences at Brixton Academy that it just made sense,” he exclaims. “It’s one of the best venues in the entire world. The entire tour’s going to be great.

“We’ve learned a lot from Glastonbury about inciting the very best type of chaos, man – fucking madness. We want these gigs to be the perfect excuse for people to go absolutely insane. The shows are gonna have an intense, tribal, hypnotic vibe. Stay at home and you’ll regret it the rest of your life.”

Kasabian start the tour on November 19th at the Hydro Arena in Glasgow.
