Kasabian have added an extra date to their November/December UK arena tour; as a result the gigs will now end on Sunday, December 13th.

The extra night has been arranged for the Sheffield Motorpoint Arena, meaning the band will make two visits to Yorkshire during the tour, with a stop at the new Leeds Direct Arena already pencilled in for November 21st.

Speaking to NME earlier this week, a typically bullish Serge Pizzorno warned any fans who have decided to stay away from the tour will ‘regret it for the rest of their lives’.

“I’ve had so many fucking amazing experiences at Brixton Academy that it just made sense,” he said. “It’s one of the best venues in the entire world. The entire tour’s going to be great.

“We’ve learned a lot from Glastonbury about inciting the very best type of chaos, man – fucking madness. We want these gigs to be the perfect excuse for people to go absolutely insane. The shows are gonna have an intense, tribal, hypnotic vibe. Stay at home and you’ll regret it the rest of your life.”
