High profile acts from last week’s Glastonbury Festival are enjoying a sales boost according to the UK’s official midweek album chart.
As it stands, Saturday night headliners Metallica are set to re-enter the charts at #19 with their self-titled fifth album, known as ‘The Black Album‘, while ‘Reflektor‘ – the most recent release from fellow headliners Arcade Fire – has climbed a few places and Kasabian‘s ‘48:13‘ is holding firm at no.6.
In addition Dolly Parton, who it’s reported attracted the biggest Pyramid Stage crowd Glastonbury has ever seen when she performed on the Sunday afternoon, jumps three places with her Best Of collection.
