Bon Iver premieres new track for Wish I Was Here soundtrack

It might not amount to much more if the comments from Justin Vernon soon after the release of their self-titled second album still stand true, but Bon Iver have unveiled some new material which will be included on the official soundtrack to the upcoming film Wish I Was Here.

Directed by and starring Zach Braff, the movie’s soundtrack features the new track ‘Heavenly Father’ from Bon Iver (have a listen here), as well as ‘Holocene‘, while Paul Simon, The Shins and Badly Drawn Boy are among the other artists to have contributed.
