The Libertines make live return in Glasgow

The Libertines were back on stage together for the first time since 2010 during the weekend, warming up in Glasgow for next Saturday’s (July 5th) headline appearance at British Summer Time.

Much like their gigs of four years ago, the two nights’ setlists were very much a greatest hits affair, no signs yet of the new material which both Pete Doherty and Carl Barat have been discussing during the past month. There was though a delve back into their earliest days with an airing of ‘Love On The Dole‘.

After British Summer Time in London’s Hyde Park, The Libertines move on to festivals in Spain and Portugal before starting their first European tour for a decade in September.
