‘Get Hurt‘, The Gaslight Anthem‘s fifth studio album, has been pencilled in for release this summer through Virgin/EMI.
Recording sessions have been undertaken with the help of producer Mike Crossey at the Blackbird Studios in Nashville and the successor to 2012’s ‘Handwritten‘ will now be released on August 18th.
After that, the band embark on a November tour of the UK which takes in shows at the Manchester Apollo (17th), London’s Alexandra Palace (19th), the Corn Exchange in Edinburgh (21st), Cardiff’s Motorpoint Arena (22nd) and finally the Birmingham Academy on November 23rd.
Tickets go on sale from tomorrow (June 18th).
