Hundred Reasons to play debut album in full at Sonisphere

Its cancellation in 2012 put paid to the idea first time around, but Hundred Reasons will finally get the chance to perform their debut album ‘Ideas Above Our Station‘ in full at Sonisphere in July.

“We said we’d never do it again, but the cancelled Sonisphere of 2012 left a big hole in that summer for us,” guitarist Larry Hibbert has said.

“So when our shorts-wearing, crowd-surfing, festival-promoting comrade Alan Day came up with a slot for us this year we just couldn’t say no. And we didn’t. Don’t get used to this. We say no A LOT so this is not going to happen often, if ever. But when it makes sense it makes sense and we’re there.”

Sonisphere is returning from a period of financial difficulties next month to celebrate 40 years of rock concerts at Knebworth Park. The Prodigy, Iron Maiden and Metallica are headlining over the weekend of July 4th-6th.
