Gallery: Eels play Bridgewater Hall in Manchester

Eels, supported by folk duo Daughters Of Davis, played the Bridgewater Hall in Manchester on June 16th as chieftain Mark Oliver Everett continued a tour of the UK. Check out the gallery of both performances, courtesy of Live4ever’s Gary Mather, by clicking on the lead image below.

The tour had begun a day earlier at the New Theatre in Oxford, and continues at the Cambridge Corn Exchange tonight (June 18th). Further gigs at the De La Warr Pavillion in Bexhill, London’s Royal Albert Hall and Barbican venues, Colston Hall in Bristol and the Gateshead Sage are due before the end of the month.

The gigs are in support of Eels’ already-lauded 2014 album ‘The Cautionary Tales of Mark Oliver Everett‘ which has been described as, ‘An extraordinarily vivid and intimate document of a personal struggle’, and swiftly followed the 2013 effort ‘Wonderful Glorious‘.
