This year’s Camden Rocks event will take place at the end of this month with aim of showcasing some of the best new and established rock bands.
On May 31st, the likes of The Subways, Reverend & The Makers, Gnarwolves, Blitz Kids, Johnny Borrell, Nine Black Alps, Turbowolf, Dinosaur Pile-Up, The Blackout, Orange Goblin, Ginger Wildheart, Hacktivist, The Xcerts, Devil Sold His Soul and The Virginmarys will be performing in various Camden music venues, with over 200 bands in total booked for the event.
“It feels like ages since we’ve played the UK and what better way to start the comeback than with Camden Rocks,” The Subways’ bassist Charlotte Cooper has said.
“The Electric Ballroom is one of the few venues in London we haven’t played and I remember watching bands there as a teenager! We all feel a little like caged animals at the moment and it’ll be awesome to be back on stage again.”
