The album’s out next week and is currently being previewed on iTunes Radio, and now Damon Albarn has given ‘Everyday Robots‘ closing track ‘Heavy Seas Of Love‘ an official video which can be viewed in full on Live4ever by clicking on the snapshot below.
Out on April 28th, ‘Everyday Robots’ represents Albarn’s first solo album proper, though he was apparently close to shunning going on his own in favour of forming a brand new band to present the LP.
“We first sort of played around with the idea of starting another band, but I think we both realised that’s an exhausting process, starting again,” he told BBC 6Music. “I mean, it’s fun, but you know, coming up with a name and all of that stuff…”
Albarn has two London shows coming up not too long after the album’s release – at the Rivioli Ballroom in Crofton Park on the 30th and at the People’s Palace in Mile End a day later.
