Kaiser Chiefs are ready to play two arena shows in the UK early next year after the prime time antics of frontman Ricky Wilson helped to return the band to the top of the charts with their new album ‘Education, Education, Education & War‘.
The O2 in London hosts the Kaiser Chiefs on February 13th 2015, with a hometown date at the Leeds Arena following a day later.
“Looking forward to the big night in London,” frontman Ricky Wilson remarks. “The last few months have been great, we’re enjoying playing the new album and getting our songs ready for our festival slots and then to top it off – we get to start next year at the O2!”
And of Leeds bassist Simon Rix adds: “It’s a great time for the Leeds music scene, there’s a lot going on right now. We’re so happy to be able to play the new Arena again, nothing can match the support we get from the Yorkshire crowds.”
