Video: ‘Frozen Britain’ is unveiled from James’ new album

The track ‘Frozen Britain‘ is the first from James‘ upcoming new album ‘La Petite Mort‘ to be handed an official video – click on the snapshot below to watch it in full on Live4ever.

The LP is set to follow 2008′s ‘Hey Ma‘ on June 2nd after recording sessions in Scotland with the Killers, Muse and White Lies cohort Max Dingel. As well as ‘Frozen Britain’, other tracks ready to feature include ‘Moving On’ and ‘Curse Curse’.

James’ frontman Tim Booth detailed those Scottish recording sessions during an interview with the Daily Record last summer in which he said:

“We did most of the album in Gairloch and it will be ready early next year. We’ve not finished recording it yet. It is one of the strongest things we’ve made. There is a slight dance aspect to it we’ve never had before. It’s a very strong set of songs on the album that we have worked at.”
