Video: Foster The People premiere ‘Coming Of Age’

The video for Foster The People‘s ‘Coming Of Age‘, the first track to be set free from their impending new album ‘Supermodel‘, has been premiered. You can find it behind the snapshot at the end of this article.

‘Supermodel’ is ready to follow the popular 2011 effort ‘Torches‘ and will apparently display a shift in direction by the band – one which frontman Mark Foster believes could set a few fans aback.

“Once I write something, I never try to write that same style again, because I get very schizophrenic musically,” he told Rolling Stone. “This record, I went into it wanting to do something more organic and human, because the first record was so electronic and synthetic – in a cool way, I’m not putting it down, that’s just what it was. So this record, I wanted to make something more human and let the songs breathe and grow and turn and take left turns and not come back if they want to.”

Songs from the album will be brought to the live stage during two shows in London and Paris on March 24th and 28th respectively.
