Biffy Clyro will return to T In The Park this year as headliners on July 11th.
Also joining the previously confirmed Arctic Monkeys is omnipresent Radio 1 favourite Calvin Harris, who is due to top the main stage on July 12th. Others on the bill for 2014 include Pixies, Manic Street Preachers, Elbow, Bombay Bicycle Club, Metronomy, Jake Bugg, Franz Ferdinand and Tame Impala.
“It’s so great to be playing this year,” Biffy Clyro frontman Simon Neil says of their booking. “We’ve seen so many amazing bands at T In The Park over the years. Genuinely T In The Park has shaped our lives in more ways than just our experiences of performing there. We wouldn’t be here, doing this now, if it wasn’t for playing T In The Park. To headline it finally is amazing – it just feels poetic to be headlining on our 10th time.”
Biffy Clyro made the leap to festival headline status in earnest last year when they topped Reading/Leeds.
