Arctic Monkeys went home with a bag full of trophies last night (February 26th) after predictably dominating the 2014 NME Awards.

The Sheffield band picked up prizes for Best British Band, Best Album and Best Live Band, with the only surprise being that they missed out on Best Track to Disclosure‘s ‘White Noise‘.

Elsewhere, despite only just making her move back into the music world, Lily Allen came out on top in the Best Solo Artist category while Sir Paul McCartney, Damon Albarn and Blondie were all in attendance to be presented with their previously announced honours.
