Strokes guitarist Albert Hammond Jr. will return to the UK in the spring for a headline tour which is immediately preceded by a visit to Live At Leeds on May 3rd.
The headline gigs open up at the Stag & Dagger in Glasgow on May 4th, and move on to venues including the Newcastle O2 Academy, Manchester Gorilla, Birmingham Glee Club and Bristol Fleece during the next few days. Events are brought to an end on May 15th at the Village Underground in London.
Albert Hammond Jr. continued his sporadic solo career with the release of the EP ‘AHJ‘ last October on his bandmate Julian Casablancas‘ Cult Records label – this following the 2006 debut album ‘Yours to Keep‘ and 2008’s ‘¿Cómo Te Llama?‘.
