Arctic Monkeys have added the European Festival Headliner Of The Year Award to the same prize they won at the UK Festival Awards last month.
The Sheffield band saw off competition from Atoms For Peace, Björk, Blur, DieToten Hosen, Editors, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, Nine Inch Nails, Queens Of The Stone Age and The xx to claim the prize at last night’s (January 15th) ceremony in the Netherlands.
Elsewhere, Daft Punk‘s smash-hit ‘Get Lucky‘ won Anthem Of The Year, EXIT picked up the Best Major Festival gong and the Berlin Festival was presented with the Best Line-Up prize.
