With two shows booked at London’s Finsbury Park this coming May, the Arctic Monkeys have now unveiled the details of another massive outdoor gig at Dublin’s Marlay Park on July 12th this year.

As with the Finsbury dates, Miles Kane and Royal Blood will provide support while Jake Bugg is on board in lieu of Tame Impala. Tickets are onsale from Friday, January 31st. In addition, German concerts at Pier 2 in Bremen and the Zitadelle in Berlin have been confirmed for June 6th and 7th respectively.

Arctic Monkeys are flying high in the wake of the release of ‘AM‘ last year, which Live4ever described in our review as:

“A near flawless, brazen, yet reflective dancefloor filling triumph of an album. A defiantly risk taking chemical blend in the myriad of past and contemporary genres on offer produces thrilling results, continuing the trend with each passing record of subtle changes to maintain the listener’s interest.

“Turner’s initial modesty in his timid instruction to the nation to not ‘believe the hype’ now seems a lifetime away. This band will be revered long after they decide to call it a day, having lived up to the hype, and exceeded it, in astronomical proportions.”
