The video for Metronomy‘s new single ‘I’m Aquarius‘ has been unveiled and can be viewed below.
‘I’m Aquarius’ is currently offering us all a glimpse of the Mercury nominees’ latest album ‘Love Letters‘, which is due to drop through the postbox on March 14th 2014. Recording took place at London’s Toe Rag Studios, and fans will be able to sample more of it when the band play gigs at the Old Market in Brighton and the Paris Maroquinerie early next year.
“It’s weird, I think I’ve learnt the difference between being confident in an egotistical way and being confident in what you do,” frontman Joe Mount has told NME of their LP’s creation. “I was getting embarrassed and finding it difficult to sing things that I’d written without cringing.”
Metronomy also have a full headline tour of the UK booked for March 2014, and will top the bill at next year’s Field Day event along side the Pixies.
