Bruce Springsteen outlines full details of new album ‘High Hopes’

Bruce Springsteen has confirmed the details of his latest studio album – and there’s original material, covers and reworked tracks all packed in.

High Hopes‘ succeeds 2012’s ‘Wrecking Ball‘ on January 14th next year, and is expected to be led by the title-track at some point today (November 25th). The song – written by The Havalinas – is already familiar to Springsteen fans having been covered by The Boss on his 1996 EP ‘Blood Brothers‘ and has now been recorded with Tom Morello of Rage Against The Machine.

Also included is a fresh take on ‘The Ghost Of Tom Joad‘, a long awaited studio version of ‘American Skin (41 Shots)‘ and a cover of the Suicide song ‘Dream Baby Dream‘.
