Recordings made by Neil Young at the Cellar Door in Washington D.C. during a six-gig solo residency back in the winter of 1970 are to be brought together to form the latest edition of his Archives Performance series.

On December 9th, ‘Live At The Cellar Door‘ will present Young performing live just a short time after his all-time classic album ‘After The Gold Rush‘ had been released, and boasts several tracks from the record as well as a rare version of ‘Cinnamon Girl’ arranged on the piano.

The collection also contains solo outings for the Buffalo Springfield tracks ‘Expecting To Fly’, ‘I Am a Child’ and ‘Flying On The Ground Is Wrong’.

‘Live At The Cellar Door’ will be available digitally, on CD and on 180-gram vinyl.
