Former Pixies member Kim Deal has unveiled the video for her latest solo track ‘Are You Mine?‘ having already released ‘Walking With A Killer‘ and ‘Hot Shot’ this year as part of an ongoing seven-inch single series. The promo can be watched below.
After being a part of the Pixies reunion in 2004, Kim Deal’s departure from the band was confirmed in June, when the remaining members paid tribute to their former colleague in a statement which read:
“We are sad to say that Kim Deal has decided to leave the Pixies,” the statement reads. “We are very proud to have worked with her on and off over the last 25 years. Despite her decision to move on, we will always consider her a member of the Pixies, and her place will always be here for her. We wish her all the best.”
Since then, the Pixies have begun issuing their own new material, which features contributions from Deal.
