Kings Of Leon have debuted a second track due to feature on their forthcoming ‘Mechanical Bull‘ record ahead of the album’s release next month.

Wait For Me‘ is streaming below, and follows the unveiling of first single ‘Supersoaker‘ in July. Out on September 23rd, ‘Mechanical Bull‘ has been described by guitarist Matthew Followill as the result of a collective effort on the band’s part to ‘have fun’ in the studio.

“Us being able to take a break, we kind of got to fall back in love with what we loved about it in the first place, which was picking up your instruments and and playing and smiling onstage and actually having fun, and not feeling like it’s a job,” he told BBC DJ Zane Lowe.

Kings Of Leon have outdoor UK gigs in Belfast and Glasgow booked later this month, as well as headline appearances at V Festival on August 17th and 18th. The concerts are preceded by a one-off visit to London’s Shepherd’s Bush Empire on August 9th, which is set to be streamed on Vevo and YouTube as part of the American Express Unstaged series.
