Franz Ferdinand have unveiled the official video for their ‘Right Thoughts, Right Words, Right Action‘ album track ‘Love Illumination‘, which can be viewed below.
The song was one of two new tracks premiered by the band late last month ahead of the release of their fourth album in August. Recorded in various locations including both Alex Kapranos‘ and Nick McCarthy‘s personal studios in Scotland and London, as well as Oslo and Stockholm, the LP is set to feature guest appearances from Roxanne Clifford of Veronica Falls and Peter, Bjorn and John‘s Todd Terje and Bjorn Yttling.
The Scottish group have two low-key shows in London and Glasgow arriving just before the album’s release, and will also be in the States and Canada throughout October for a comprehensive tour which begins with a trio of Texan dates and later concludes with shows in Montreal and Toronto on October 23rd and 24th respectively.
