Mumford & Sons brought the first day of this year’s T In The Park festival to a close last night (July 12th).
The band were joined by bagpipers for a rendition of the Scottish anthem ‘Flower Of Scotland‘ during their encore, which also included two firm favourites from their debut album ‘Sigh No More‘ – ‘Winter Winds‘ and ‘The Cave‘.
Across the site, Kraftwerk headlined the King Tut’s Wah Wah Hut Stage, while Beach Boys legend Brian Wilson and Jake Bugg were also among the performers during the opening day.
Pop superstar Rihanna is set to top the Main Stage bill tonight, with Beady Eye headlining the Radio 1 Stage and Alt-J rounding off King Tut’s.
