Tom Odell has made his debut album ‘Long Way Down‘ available to stream in full over on iTunes ahead of its official release next week.

Early singles such as ‘Can’t Pretend‘ and ‘Sense‘ set industry tongues wagging last year, and led to Odell being awarded the Brits Critics’ Choice award in December.

‘Long Way Down’ had originally been planned to have already hit the shelves by now, but an announcement made in March revealed it was being delayed to bring it in line with the rest of Europe and the US.

“Long Way Down is going to be released in the US this June,” a Facebook statement read. “Things are going well over there and everyone who came to see me at SXSW was amazing. In Europe, ‘Another Love’ has been in the top 10 in a few countries, which is awesome so we’re going to put out the record across Europe too. Really happy about it all and thank you to everyone who’s helped me get to this point.”

“The flipside of all this is that the UK release of Long Way Down needs to go back to June so Long Way Down demo that all the release dates across the world are the same. These days having different release dates would mean the album may end up getting leaked, which is not fair on all of you who paid for it.”
