The Stone Roses aired a selection of rarely heard tracks as they played the first of two shows at London’s Finsbury Park last night (June 7th).

The Manchester band again stuck with the majority of their classic self-titled debut album which formed the bulk of their setlist during last year’s European comeback tour, but this time also included ‘Elephant Stone‘, ‘Going Down‘ and ‘Breaking Into Heaven‘, which have only just recently been dug out for the first time since the Nineties as they warmed up for the outdoor gigs in London and Glasgow.

The Stone Roses play the final London concert tonight, with support provided by Johnny Marr, Public Image Ltd. and Miles Kane.

Setlist:

‘I Wanna Be Adored’
‘Elephant Stone’
‘Ten Storey Love Song’
‘Standing Here’
‘Going Down’
‘Shoot You Down’
‘Fool’s Gold’
‘Something’s Burning’
‘Waterfall’
‘Don’t Stop’
‘She Bangs The Drum’
‘Love Spreads’
‘This Is The One’
‘Made Of Stone’
‘Breaking Into Heaven’
